Case Study

Objective

To design a seamless discovery experience that bridges online browsing with in-store fashion shopping, helping users explore curated collections, compare styles, and find availability across nearby malls and premium brands.

Process

  • Conducted research on how users browse, compare, and decide fashion purchases both online and offline.

  • Defined user flows for discovery, wishlist, and store-level product availability.

  • Designed responsive homepage UI in Figma focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and fast visual decision-making.

  • Iterated based on usability insights to highlight price, size, color, and store proximity.

Outcome

  • Created a visually balanced homepage that merges eCommerce familiarity with physical retail context.

  • Improved discoverability through categorized filters (Women, Men, Unisex, Kids) and quick product insights.

  • Strengthened user confidence and conversion intent by surfacing availability, discounts, and brand credibility upfront.
